It is highly encouraged to give treats up to one hour prior to a meal or two hours after a meal in order to encourage the best absorption by the body. The following amounts are based on the weight of the dog and can be administered twice per day in these recommended doses:
LARGE BREED:
30 to 40 lbs - 1 treat up to 2x per day
41 to 50 lbs - 1 to 2 treats up to 2x per day
51 to 60 lbs - 2 to 3 treats up to 2x per day
61 to + lbs - 3 to 4 treats up to 2x per day
