Dosing Recommendations
The recommended dosage is based on weight, and you may give these amounts 2x per day. It’s also recommended that these be given 1 hour prior to a meal or 2 hours afterward, in order to improve absorption.

11 to 20 lbs - 3 to 4 shakes - twice per day
21 to 30 lbs - 5 to 6 shakes - twice per day
31 to + lbs - 7 to 8 shakes - twice per day
